Common questions

Will I definitely get antibiotics?

Only if your provider decides they're right for you. Some symptoms need a test or an in-person exam first, and your provider will tell you if so.

Does my medication cost extra?

Yes. You pay your pharmacy directly. The visit fee covers your provider's review and plan.

How do I message my provider afterward?

Through Spruce, our secure messaging app. You'll get a link to set it up after your visit.
